Welcome, Miners in Austin! The Austin chapter was founded in 2005 and has been growing since ever since; we currently have 400+ active members. Our diverse membership is active in many ways including tailgating, happy hours, boat parties, scholarship fundraisers, and game-watching parties as well as road-trips to UTEP games in central Texas. The events we sponsor also provide a chance for Miners to meet old friends and make new ones, as well as expand the social and business network of the chapter. Joining Miners in Austin is a great way to stay connected and involved in the happenings of UTEP students and alumni.
